The 2 days visit to the University of Huddersfield of the two lecturers of Moldova State University, has been organized with co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union mobility funds. Accordingly to the main objective of the project – European Human Rights Law for Universities of Ukraine and Moldova (HRLAW) No. 573861-EPP-1-2016-1-EE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP (2016-3090).
During the mobility period the MSU Law team has collected dates and information of the key factors for success in establishing the Offices of Student Ombudsman and elaborating the Code of Academic integrity and consolidate the knowledge and experience gained for further improvements practical knowledge and learning competences in student-centered active learning in Human Law disciplines which engage with the International and European legislative standards, accordingly to the main objective of the visit.
The EU Partners practice valuable for Department of International and European Law plans to create a new study program with enhancing the standards of syllabus development and teaching by providing the professors engaged in the master and doctoral programs oriented in different human rights areas: protection of vulnerable people and groups; legal protection of LGBN people and groups; protection of Rome people; human rights of illegal migrants in Moldova; protection of children rights and safe information space; educational and labor rights of disable people; protection of reproductive rights of women.
