Admission 2021 for PhD studies at Moldova State University is organized in six doctoral schools, founded by university academic consortia, in which Moldova State University is Partner-administrator.
As a result of the doctoral grand contest, organized by the Ministry of Education and Research, Moldova State University will manage the competition for 99 places state budgeted (Order no. 1414 of October 20, 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Research, distribution state budgeted doctoral grants for the academic year 2021-2022 within the Moldova State University and national consortia in which Moldova State University has the status of managing partner).
IMPORTANT: Admission for PhD studies will be carried out in accordance with the Methodology of organizing and conducting the contest for admission to higher doctoral studies at Moldova State University, approved by the Moldova State University Senate on June 25, 2021.
IMPORTANT: Doctoral programs are funded both by budgeted state and by tuition fees/contract.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FILES for candidates for doctoral studies will take place on October 21-27, 2021. The files will be submitted to the Office of Doctoral and Postdoctoral Studies by e-mail doctorat.usm.2020@gmail.com
The admission tests are set up by the doctoral schools and will take place between October 28-29, 2021 (the schedule will be announced additionally).

The year of study begins on November 1, 2021.
