ABOUT

The Resource Center for Continuing Education (RCCE) is a subdivision of the Moldova State University. The main objective of RCCE is methodological coordination, organization and monitoring of continuing education activity of adults at MSU.

RCCE’s strategic VISION is to become a nationally and internationally recognized Center for Performance in Continuing Education. Achieving this vision requires the development of organizational culture based on the principles of adult education, with the involvement of motivated educational actors and the development of partnerships between all stakeholders in the field of lifelong learning.

MISSION:

• to provide, through consultancy and information activities, support to the continuing education centers / laboratories at university level in the effort to become competitors for the high quality of the continuous training services;
• to provide opportunities for lifelong learning for adults in different professional fields depending on the requirements of the labor market and the aspirations of adults, the needs of employers, the requirements of jobs, opportunities for promotion or employment.

DIRECTIONS of activity of the RCCE:

1. Promoting the concept of continuing education and lifelong learning in order to ensure the (re) professionalisation of the working age population in order to be competitive in the labor market.
2. Development of high quality continuing education services from the perspective of harmonizing supply and demand, corresponding to the areas of initial training at MSU.
3. Continuous professional education of MSU staff.
4. Development of partnerships at national and international level on the dimension of lifelong learning.
